The online faculty application portal for the 2009 DPDF cycle is now
open.
Using the online application portal, applicants are required to apply
as teams of two. Each applicant must be tenured and teaching in different
doctoral degree-granting programs at U.S. institutions at the time of
application. Each applicant should be either trained or practice in different
disciplines, as appropriate for an interdisciplinary research proposal.
Applicants must be experienced supervisors of dissertation research.
Research directors in the 2009 cycle are required to participate in both
workshops:
Spring Workshop: May 28 - 31, 2009, in New Orleans, LA.
Fall Workshop: September 10 - 13, 2009, in Philadelphia, PA.
Faculty applicants are strongly encouraged to browse through the detailed
information on eligibility, selection criteria, and the application/award
timeline on this site, as well as materials from previous DPDF cycles,
available on our Web site, before submitting inquiries.
Please direct inquiries about the DPDF program or the online application portal
to program staff at dpdf@ssrc.org.
