IT Governance and Civil Society

ICT governance has two main axes: the process and politics of decision making about ICTs, and the wider and often contested array of substantive issues, such as access to technology, content, privacy and security, and intellectual property. Understanding the latter is crucial to building an effective and inclusive global civil society.
